Add carwatchdog daemon aidl API to get resource overuse configs. This API is required to return the resource overuse configurations via CarWatchdogService's system APIs. IoOveruseConfigTest is updated in the following change. Test: atest libwatchdog_test Bug: 167240592 Change-Id: Ic15b5e48ac490c3427ade16f6e09f11d8803af50
Native (C++) code format is required to be compatible with .clang-format file. Run
git clang-format --style=file --extension='h,cpp,cc' HEAD~
Note that clang-format is not desirable for Android java files. Therefore the command line above is limited to specific extensions.
