Remove USB host stuff from Kitchen Sink This code haven't been changed for years and it is deprecated. We have most of this logic in car-usb-handler. Also it doesn't work and Kitchen Sink crashes when you go to 'car service settings' tab Bug:127863901 Test: m -j ; verify Kitchen sink is not crashing and 'car service settings' tab has been removed Change-Id: I1b839fedcc24f22fb978531e800457f449d9bf17
