Added zone swithching logic

Added code to handle switching uid in car audio zones. The logic takes
care of sending focus lost and focus ragain as zones are switched from
zone to zone.

Bug: 121344631
Test: Ran test on emulator and zones switching using kitchen sink app are
working as expected.
