Remove unnecessary code The master copy from system/core/bootstat/bootstat.rc is already copied and invoked from /system/etc/init, and we only need to do car specific tasks within this file. Bug: 128544877 Test: build and flash locally, then check backtrace from logcat, there shouldn't be any crashes from bootstat process.
