Move navigation focus check to car service for cluster - OEM service should not check the focus owner as there will be a delay to get update. - Re-enable NavigationManagerTest Bug: 155343605 Bug: 152920868 Test: run the updated test, atest android.car.apitest.CarNavigationManagerTest Change-Id: Ic77bb3e1874836df169f5a164cf0a166cc7adbd3
Native (C++) code format is required to be compatible with .clang-format file. Run
git clang-format --style=file --extension='h,cpp,cc' HEAD~
Note that clang-format is not desirable for Android java files. Therefore the command line above is limited to specific extensions.
