Updates the CarLocationService's EXIT_SUSPEND callback. Previously, this callback deleted the cache file immediately. Instead, the callback will register for driving state changes and delete the file when moving. Bug: b/137206197 Test: atest CarLocationServiceTest Change-Id: I0ba283a193a487af8618c2e19d7ccb225df3d092
Native (C++) code format is required to be compatible with .clang-format file. Run
git clang-format --style=file --extension='h,cpp,cc' HEAD~
Note that clang-format is not desirable for Android java files. Therefore the command line above is limited to specific extensions.
