[RESTRICT AUTOMERGE] Add tests and add AutoValue. - Add BugStorageUtilsTest - Migrate MetaBugReport pojo to AutoValue. This removed 40 lines of extra code. It is useful for testing and debugging, it automatically creates equals(), toString(), hash() methods. - Add completeDelete - destructively deletes the bugreport from db. - Add expire bugreport - set status to expired and delete zip file. Native (C++) code format is required to be compatible with .clang-format file. Run
git clang-format --style=file --extension='h,cpp,cc' HEAD~
Note that clang-format is not desirable for Android java files. Therefore the command line above is limited to specific extensions.
