Add a collector for /proc/stats and integrate it with IoPerfCollection. - /proc/stats collector will be invoked by IoPerfCollection module on each collection. - Added unit tests to test the parsing and processing logics using temporary stats file. - Added unit test to parse and process /proc/stat from device. Native (C++) code format is required to be compatible with .clang-format file. Run
git clang-format --style=file --extension='h,cpp,cc' HEAD~
Note that clang-format is not desirable for Android java files. Therefore the command line above is limited to specific extensions.
