Revise Call Settings in Telephony. - Deleting settings/strings which have been moved to Dialer. + Delete DefaultRingtonePreference (moved to Dialer). + Move some methods into PhoneCommon, where they can be common utils. + Move SIP settings off the main call settings page into a preference screen.
