IMS: Remove TIR mode extra key in IMS call after SRVCC

- TIR mode extra key added in IMS call extras based on
  TIR information from modem and this extra is used
  to show TIR options in Incall UI more button.
  More button in InCall UI is shown after SRVCC due to
  TIR mode extra key is not removed.
- Remove EXTRA_TIR_OVERWRITE_ALLOWED from call extras
  after SRVCC.
