Take over 'vibrating for outgoing call' translations from FP4

Changes compared to FP4:
* Take over 'CFNRC' strings only where translations are missing, but
  don't update existing ones; no changes are currently requested on
  those strings.
* Remove '.' at the end of lines. It is unusual in Android settings UI.
