Enables/disables shortcut view by config. Allows to enable/disable shortcut view by changing a single config. Disable it by default because: - Shortcut view can only work correctly with HAL support. It‘s up to every vendor to whether enable this feature or not for every project. - Waiting for new UI design to avoid pocket dialing.
