Preferred network type should be shown as global for cdma devices. When the type is selected as global, it should be shown as global and not LTE. The check to update summary was not correct and missed a couple of conditions. Bug: 22852436 Change-Id: I645b79be64d04cf713fa664586ca331fdb825bff
