Fix for call timer resetting when starting IMS conference call. 3/4 - Pass the connect time of the connection representing the conference to the conference itself. This ensures when we notify telecom of the conference, its connect time will reflect the earliest call. Bug: 18959443 Change-Id: I96b6ba2e862f45b5ae0d624b483d3278afa67516
