Don't allow resetting SIM PIN on lock screen via MMI **05 PUK entry required to unlock a blocked SIM PIN isn't implemented correctly, the SIM PIN entry screen would not dismiss anymore. Drop the functionality, which is consistent with the behavior of Google Pixel devices.
