Update abi references for libvixl-arm64 and libmedia_helper.

libvixl-arm64 and libmedia_helper do not explicitly export headers,
hence header-abi-diff is invoked in advisory mode on them (abi changes
are warnings not errors). This CL updates their abi references to get
rid of the error messages which do not result in a build breakage.

Bug: 79928919

Test: m -j libmedia.vendor libvixl-arm64 does not produce error
      messages.
