libbinder: adopt BINDER_GET_FROZEN_INFO symbols Add symbols to dump (backwards compatible change to ABI). These are marked as weak, so that it's not a hard dependency and does't break the GSI when they are used. Bug: 143717177 Test: builds Change-Id: If3b6a8cf72c877d5f8acf36b22a494615d425fef
