x86/pc-bios: Update bios.bin so that it works on Linux kernel 3.18+
Update the x86/pc-bios/bios.bin pre-built binary to one built from
commit 793c78b of $AOSP/external/qemu-pc-bios (i.e. current tip of the
studio-1.4-dev branch). This fixes a critical bug which prevents the
classic x86_64 emulator from booting on Linux hosts with a 3.18+ kernel.
