Rename the exported names for LLVM libraries Bug: http://b/64121881 The LLVM modules built in the Android tree, and also used for RenderScript host tools, are now renamed to lib{LLVM,clang}_android.so Test: aosp_marlin checkbuild with FORCE_BUILD_LLVM_COMPONENTS set and unset.
