Allow to select default jack version level Default version can be selected by defining environment variable ANDROID_JACK_DEFAULT_VERSION with the value set at the required level. For now, official supported levels are STABLE, DOGFOOD and CANARY. Change-Id: I96012daa5e7ccaacfcd548a280a1b438e3a35fa0
