Update RenderScript prebuilts Bug: http://b/64121881 In particular, rename libLLVM.so and libclang.so to libLLVM_android.so and libclang_android.so respectively. Test: aosp_marlin checkbuild with FORCE_BUILD_LLVM_COMPONENTS set and unset. Change-Id: Ice7545c54b23fdab551e62875130e39301d6b307
