Changes to render the action bar correctly in ADT. Parse the Manifest to get the correct Title and Icon for the action bar. TODO: Implement the ActionBarCallback to return the correct values for ActionBar Menus. Change-Id: I1b82c38bfcebbb2582b82c8bca4ad19da17c5ef4
