DO NOT MERGE Revert "DO NOT MERGE Use POSIX timer API for wake alarms instead of OSI callouts." Also reverts: "Fix build: use unsigned long long in arithmetic expression." "Fix build: add LOG_TAG parameter to LOG_* macros." These CLs cause build failures on various platforms, an alternate approach is being developed.
