liblp: Fix io_tests. These broke after recent changes to use IPartitionOpener in more places. The io_tests must now give block device info to TestPartitionOpener. Bug: N/A Test: liblp_test gtest Change-Id: I0a6505c7223e74507dc13184069fdc34bb6b81e4
