lmkd: Plugin in memperf to lmkd. This change is to load libmemperf.so and do initialization for memperf module and passes the data received on lmkd socket to memperf module. memperf module handles runtime memory optimizations. Change-Id: I56080daac9d17f5a9a99d2d6a70d46ea2dada175
