Revert "su: Introduce conditional for building" This reverts commit b775d581baebe6849c21dad2ad5e908cdd2120bd. The SuperUser feature crashes the phone on initialization. Let's remove it for now. Issue: FP2N-278 Change-Id: I5ac5afd90f119cb240982513b59296761cd9e13d
