libhidl_test: doesn't require additional binaries Previously, this required an additional test binary synced on the device, but we can do the same test with a library that is always guaranteed to be on the device. Test: atest libhidl_test Change-Id: Ib2cc785ea4248a339edbae750076233dcbaa0e37
