Explicitly provide a non-LTO variant of libhwbinder ... as a workaround for non-LTO users of the modules in Android.mk, since we currently cannot detect such users and provide the correct variant. Test: m Bug: 77320844 Change-Id: I241f4846744a6e066eb1936e853fc99768e40a52
