regex-instance: tests for regex instances

Adds tests to libvintf_test and vintf_object_test to test the
following:

* HalManifest::checkUnusedHals
* HalManifest::checkCompatibility
* CompatibilityMatrix::combine
* VintfObject::CheckDeprecation
