Let init transition hal_usb_default into its domain hal_usb_default_exec is the domain of the executable file, but the USB HAL process itself should run in hal_usb_default. Once it is running in this domain, we don't need the extra policies for hal_usb_default_exec anymore. Issue: FP2P-226 Change-Id: Ide6b8ef762b75b68dd3287d1d559bf5e88cea694
