Moved secure_input protocol and auxiliary code to libteeeui Add secure input protocol as auxiliary protocol. Add evdev.h/.cpp which adds an event loop and code for processing key events from linux event devices. Add abstract interface for implementing a simple secure input method that can be used by HAL implementations.
