Add VTS dependencies to host tests. Added verification of VTS tests.foo profiler + driver. Although this is much more than just a test of -Lvts, it can help ensure we don't break VTS as many unrelated changes can do so. Test: run_all_host_tests.sh Change-Id: Ia24758d7624c7a210227a4a728c09a6137283b00
