Make some hidl-gen parsing tests to fail without message Changed tests are actually not much necessary and could not be raised by wrong input, so they could be simple CHECK calls. Test: build hidl-gen, hidl_test Change-Id: I8aa4dc64732ec1b3e63aca4ae90efa3d350784df
