Remove elf_from_memory_not_file from unwinder. This value isn't really needed and slows down unwinds for no real reason. Move this function to the MapInfo object so it can be queried when needed. Add new unit tests to cover this. Test: All unit tests pass. Change-Id: Ibce0ae7f92f39ca44aefce5fb465181818671952
