Gralloc HAL: Rectify requirements for devices launching with T. - New (devices launching with T), non-go devices must have allocator@4.0 or AIDL HAL. - New (devices launching with T), go devices must have allocator@2.0, 3.0, 4.0 or AIDL HAL. Also renamed the existing graphics mapper HAL test; it is on the graphics mapper HAL, not the graphics allocator HAL. Test: TH Bug: 232003062 Change-Id: Ia921dafa689fec32050fb9e5c7e940e4acfd514d
