Enable all tests unblocked by loopback frame

All tests blocked by frame for creating loopback block devices
corrected in commit in external/ltp
ccec4132d207bc2f55004e7cd3298f78d6c7c8ce
("android: libltp: add new variant for loopback block device paths")

These tests are also unblocked by commit in external/e2fsprogs
