Allow VNDK-SP extension to depend on vendor libraries VNDK-SP-Ext libraries are allowed to depend on vendor libraries, but those vendor libraries must not depend on VNDK. The test case finds depedencies of VNDK-SP-Ext and checks whether they follow the above rules.
