Use soong_ui instead of make&config.mk This will use a consistent make parser for product configurations (ckati), and apply more consistent checks. Test: test/vts-testcase/vndk/golden/dump_abi.py -o tmp Change-Id: I3029fbbf297f4d63d5efb1a314670f16f51ca895
