Implement archive parser. Implement a tool that parses the output the Unix ar command. This is used to store gcno files in gcnodir archives. Test: tested locally with tradefed Change-Id: I955ac23e42406e60fe75a5405b310ad44a9804f2

Everyone can download the VTS package from the AOSP website, and run the VTS tests in order to produce a VTS report, which can be submitted to the Android Partner Engineering to obtain a certificate.
