Added bintray deployment capabilities to gradle plugin to invoke, gradlew bintrayUpload from the base directory. you need to set 2 environment variables, BINTRAY_USER and BINTRAY_USER_KEY with the bintray credentials. Change-Id: I3a7222b412c227da32b7f4338e228e3d0004942a
