Fix issue with input of ProcessAndroidResource ProcessAndroidResource.resDir depends on the value of variant.mergeResourcesTask, which can change depending on the order that tasks are configured. bug: b.android.com/179582 Change-Id: Ib33b598b09f2b0c6d333ccb958547c8efc1ab650
