Action Bar related changes Change the layoutlib-api to render the action bar correctly. This adds ActionBarCallback which can be used by the LayoutLib to query for additional information on the action bar. Change-Id: I1b82c38bfcebbb2582b82c8bca4ad19da17c5ef4
