Add corpus and dictionary to example_fuzzer. Utilises the new dictionary and corpus features for cc_fuzz targets. Bug: 141026328 Test: m example_fuzzer, fuzz target should have adjacent corpus/dict files. Change-Id: I48045b666c900485b1f38e1e8d0045a73c2f1e3b
