p2p: clear event queue before running continuous tests
During p2p scan running period, there might be several WifiP2pOnPeersAvailable received.
This additional event is not handled, as a result, next WifiP2pOnPeersAvailable
event popping will get this obsolete event.
Clearing the event queue before next reinvoke connection test to resolve
this issue.
