Refactor RvR and add Sensitivity Tests. This CL refactors the existing WifiRvrTest class to increase opportunities for code reuse and adds a WifiSensitivityTest class. Sensitivity tests inherit from RvR, essentially running RvR at a fixed MCS or data rate at the AP and checking when the DUT can no longer sustain the expected throughput from that rate.
