Fixed a couple Fuchsia Device excemptions and add get_info to attenuator
Fixed a couple places where Fuchsia Device was not handling exceptions
correcting and added the get_info function for the attenuator to get
rid of the continual warning from ACTS.
Bug: None
Test: Verifed get_info works correct in the attenuator controller
and verified the exceptions now work correctly in Fuchsia
Device.
