Add test interfaces to iperf and allow parimiko
Added the ability for iperf client to use paramiko for fuchsia
devices. Add the ability to have a test interface so clients
can pick which ip address to send traffic to. Added code to
allow for picking the units for the network speed returned from
iperf.
Bug: None
Test: Verified the correct units come back when using the iperf
results. Verfied connecting with paramiko worked to a
fuchsia and Linux device. Verified the test interfaces
return the correct IP addresses for the interface
specified.
