Enabling remote management of APs & other improvements

This CL enables accessing APs GUI from their WAN port (over https) in addition
to the LAN port. The CL also improves web pages visits in response to
a bug wherein webpage redirects were causing configurations to fail
(see visit_config_page method). The CL also implements validate_ap_settings
to ensure that configs are successful.
