Audio anomaly detection methods for sine wave signals. Add audio analysis method to detect anomalies in sine wav signal and return list with a start_time, end_time tuple for each anomaly. Add anomaly detection method to SshAudioCapture to improve audio quality metrics methods for the class. Bug: None Test: tested on multiple generated sine wav files, with and without gaps.
