Make iPerf bandwidth limits optional.

Data traffic test now need to include either 'dl', 'ul' or 'dlul' in
their names. The 'pattern' keyword wont be consumed by the traffic test
anymore because traffic shaping will be done at the MAC layer. The
optional keyword 'blimit' will allow to limit throghput with iPerf if
needed.
